We offer live arrival guarantee on all orders, provided the death was not a direct result of your error. (such as being left out in the elements.) We always include extra isopods as a benefit to you to and in anticipation of the unfortunate inevitable loss of a few along the journey.

Refund Policy:

If for some reason your Isopods arrive dead please contact us within 2 hours that they arrive on your porch/ in your mailbox (I’ll get a notification on my phone) and provide pictures of the deceased animals on a white sheet of paper. If you follow this procedure we will gladly send replacements you will get a free replacement(only have to pay shipping). Replacement shipments also carry our live arrival guarantee.
